Labour-only floor tiling across multiple areas of the property including hallway, downstairs bathroom, kitchen,hallway, living room and upstairs bathroom. Works included tile layout planning, fixing, grouting, and final inspection across approximately 30m² of floor area.
The primary challenge was achieving a consistent and level tiled finish across multiple rooms with different layouts and transitions. This was resolved through careful tile layout planning, accurate setting-out, and attention to detail during fixing and grouting. Clean working practices and regular checks ensured uniform alignment, neat joints, and a high-quality finish throughout all areas of the property.
