This project involved a complete refurbishment of a residential bathroom, delivering a modern, functional, and moisture-resistant space. The works included full strip-out, installation of new fixtures and fittings, improved ventilation, and upgraded finishes, all completed to current British Standards.
The main challenges included an uneven subfloor and moisture-prone areas. These issues were resolved by applying a professional floor levelling compound and installing appropriate waterproofing systems prior to tiling and flooring installation, ensuring long-term durability and moisture protection.
