Challenges & Resolution

Uneven Subfloor & Moisture-prone Areas: The original bathroom had an uneven floor and areas susceptible to moisture damage.
Resolution: Applied floor levelling compound and installed correct waterproofing systems before tiling, ensuring durability and compliance.
Tight Schedule: Coordinated plumbing, tiling, and electrical works efficiently to minimise disruption to the client.
Integration of New Fixtures: Ensured new shower, WC, and basin aligned perfectly with existing plumbing and drainage layouts.
